About Me

If you're feeling stuck or struggling to break through the barriers that keep you from living your best life, you're not alone and you don't have to face it alone. I'm Tammie Betts, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, family and relationship conflict, substance use, and trauma. I understand that healing and growth look different for everyone, which is why I take an individualized, compassionate, and client-centered approach.

My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). This allows me to adapt our work together to meet your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to walk alongside you offering guidance, support, and practical tools—while empowering you to take steps toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll work to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and build the life you envision.
